Mentor

Mentors are industry representatives who are also CQUni graduates. Mentors have study and work experiences to guide and advise mentees on the transition from study to employment and the job application process, to help them succeed. As new graduates settle into their career, experienced mentors can also help with career transitions or re-directing a career plan, to support longer term career success.

Mentee

Mentees are CQU students or graduates who want guidance and advice for a successful transition to the workforce or further study post-graduation or support to progress their career aspirations. Mentees can expect to strengthen and build their networks, gain industry insights, and develop the skills and confidence necessary to excel.
